Once you have place the order online for our personalised products you can simply upload the artwork using our artwork upload form
You can use our artwork templates which provide a visual guide on how to setup your artwork
We aim to dispatch our goods within the advised lead times however as we use external couriers, delivery issues can occur. Please let us know the moment you feel your delivery has arrived after the delivery date and we will work with the couriers to get this fixed.
If your order arrives with visible damage please sign for this as damaged with the couriers. Take photos and email this to us and we will resolve this promptly.
