Personalised Goods

All personalised items are custom produced to individual requirements, therefore we cannot offer a refund unless the product is not as described / stated or is defective.

You may not be entitled to a full refund if you decide to cancel the order after artwork is confirmed for printing. If our artwork services have been commissioned than any refund amount credited will be minus those charges.

You will not be entitled to any refund, if for whatever reason you decide to cancel the order whilst in print unless we cannot complete the order within the specified production times (whilst our turnaround times are a good estimate of usual service levels, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to variation).

We cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Saver Warehouse or any agent acting on behalf of Saver Warehouse.   

Please be advised that whilst we try our best to make sure your product is as accurate as possible, quantities and paper weights are subject to a 5% margin of error. Print sizes are subject to 3mm margin of error on each edge.

Non-Personalised Goods

All non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. To qualify for a return the item(s) must be returned in a resell-able condition. Refunds will only be provided once we receive the return(s) and goods are inspected.

Postage

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer.
